Who we are
Radiant Alpha Digital Services Ltd, RC 9421582, registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria and based in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria.
Pre-order terms
All products in our shop are supplied on a pre-order basis. We source your device after your order is confirmed, which is what allows us to price competitively. Please allow 3–4 weeks from order confirmation for delivery.
Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the price confirmed with you at the point of order.
Once procurement and shipping have begun, an order cannot be cancelled. Your rights if something arrives damaged, defective, or not as described are set out in our Returns & Warranty policy.
Product descriptions
We state the condition, grade, network lock status, SIM type, battery health, and warranty of every device before you order. We describe our stock as accurately as we can. If a device arrives significantly different from its description, the 48-hour inspection window in our returns policy applies.
Services
Prices shown on our services pages are indicative starting points, not quotations. Each project is scoped and quoted individually, with deliverables, milestones, and payment terms agreed in writing before work begins.
On final payment, ownership of the delivered work transfers to you, including source files and code, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.
Limitation of liability
Our liability in connection with any order or project is limited to the amount you paid us for it. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act or other applicable Nigerian law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
